Who we are
Cookie Label is the private label manufacturing division operated by Cookies s.r.o., Pod Furcou 7, 04001 Košice, Slovak Republic. Contact: hello@cookielabel.com.
What we collect
- Quote form: name, company, email, product type, and project details you submit on the contact page. Submissions are processed via Netlify Forms so we can reply to your request.
- Analytics and advertising: Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag may collect page views, device/browser info, approximate location, and (for Clarity) session recordings and heatmaps. LinkedIn uses this to build audiences and measure ads. These tools help us see how the site is used and where the quote form causes friction. They run by default; you can reject them via the banner.
- Technical cookies: a local preference that stores whether you kept or rejected analytics cookies.
Legal basis
Quote requests are processed to take steps at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and for our legitimate interest in responding to B2B enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)). Analytics and advertising cookies are used for our legitimate interest in measuring site use and campaigns (Art. 6(1)(f)); you can opt out via the cookie banner.
Cookies and opt-out
Analytics cookies run by default. On your first visit we show a banner so you can reject them. If you reject, Google Analytics runs in a restricted Consent Mode state and Microsoft Clarity and LinkedIn do not load on later visits. You can change your choice by clearing site data for cookielabel.com (the banner will appear again) or by contacting us.
How long we keep data
Quote form submissions are kept as long as needed to handle your enquiry and related business records. Analytics retention follows the settings in Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and LinkedIn.
Processors and transfers
We use Netlify (form hosting), Google (Analytics / Tag Manager), Microsoft (Clarity), and LinkedIn (Insight Tag). These providers may process data outside the EU under their own safeguards (for example, standard contractual clauses). We do not sell your personal data.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent for analytics at any time. Email hello@cookielabel.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR).
